Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for services provided by Verslas Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Verslas Guru"). We are committed to fair and transparent pricing. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.

Given the nature of our services — which involve government filings, professional time, and third-party fees — refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before service commencement

If you wish to cancel a service before we begin work (before any document preparation or government filing has commenced), you are entitled to a full refund of the professional service fee, excluding payment gateway charges (typically 2–3%).

After service commencement

Once we have begun work on your service (document preparation, name reservation, DSC application, etc.), cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of completion:

• Up to 25% completion: 75% refund of professional fees.
• 25–50% completion: 50% refund of professional fees.
• Above 50% completion: No refund of professional fees.

Government fees already paid to authorities are not refundable under any circumstances.

How to cancel

To cancel a service, email connect@verslasguru.com with your order reference and reason for cancellation. Our team will assess the stage of work and communicate the applicable refund within 2 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

• Service not delivered: If we are unable to deliver the service due to our own inability, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Government rejection due to our error: If a government application is rejected solely due to an error on our part, we will either re-file at no additional professional charge or issue a refund of our professional fees.
• Duplicate payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
• Pre-commencement cancellation: As described in Section 2.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Government filing fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges already paid.
• DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) procurement costs.
• Professional fees for services already completed or substantially completed.
• Services cancelled after a government application has been filed and acknowledged.
• Subscription-based or recurring compliance services for which the billing period has commenced.
• Services where delay or rejection was caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Refund Process

1. Email your cancellation or refund request to connect@verslasguru.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]".
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm the applicable refund amount.
3. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds via cheque, bank transfer to a different account, or as credit notes unless the original payment method is no longer available.

6. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved and initiated by us:

• Credit/Debit card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
• UPI / Net Banking: 3–7 business days.
• Wallets: 1–3 business days.

Processing times are governed by your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at connect@verslasguru.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where services have been fully delivered.
